Get Involved! We hold an information session at the beginning of each semester. Our next session will be held in the fall of 2008; please e-mail us if you have any questions.
FOR EVERYONE • Program volunteers help at the Museum for special events and programs. Duties are varied, and can include assisting with art activities, handing out gallery guides, and serving food at events. Program volunteers learn about events through an e-mail list and sign up to help on those days. These volunteers are vital to the success for our programs. There is no time requirement for volunteering. However, we do ask that volunteers sign up for the entire length of a given event. • Become a highly trained gallery teacher to assist with lessons and tours in the Museum by joining our Docent program. (Click here to download a two-page PDF about the program, including an application.) Questions?
FOR CORNELL STUDENTS • Learn more about the Museum Club here! • Student Advisory Committee—A small time commitment: an invaluable resource for the Museum. The Museum relies on our Student Advisory Committee members to keep us connected to students. We are seeking new members from all disciples who are interested in the arts and who would like to help the Museum achieve its mission to “further the educational goals of the students of Cornell University and the general public.” Questions? Contact Mariel Gonzalez at mg363@cornell.edu or 607 254-4657.
Questions? Contact Cheryl Muka at clm17@cornell.edu or 607 254-4611.
